Cancellation Policy

Retail Orders:

Changes and cancellations to orders are accepted until 7 days prior to scheduled pick up time. No refunds will be provided for orders that are cancelled with less than 7 days notice. All cancellation refunds are subject to a 20% fee: Delightful Tastes Cakes will retain 20% of the price of the cake to cover costs incurred to initiate your order.

Cancellation Policy (Wedding and Custom Cakes):

A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to reserve your wedding/custom date. You may cancel your wedding/custom day reservation until 60 days prior to your wedding/event and receive a full refund less the $250 deposit.
